Starting Solids Workshop – Spring 2024

I’ll be hosting another Starting Solids Workshop in the Spring, perfect for Mums with babies ages 3-7 months who are thinking about introducing solids and either don’t have a clue where to start or are overwhelmed by all the info out there!

• Is your baby aged between 3 and 7 months?
• Have you been thinking about starting to give your baby their first foods?
• Are you unsure where to start? How will you know when they’re ready?
• Or perhaps you’re feeling confused – you’ve read lots of things online, much of which seems to be conflicting!
• Are you worried about how you’ll know when your baby is ready to start solids? And what to do about milk feeds once you’ve started?
• Perhaps you’re wondering what foods to start with and would like some ideas?
• Maybe you’ve heard about Baby-Led weaning but don’t really understand the difference between this and what your parents/people describe as ‘weaning’?
• Or perhaps this isn’t your first baby, and you’d like to try a different approach this time?
• Maybe you’re concerned about allergies and intolerances? Drop me an email or DM if you’d like to come – at the moment as I’ve got a few ladies interested and I’m flexible on dates, I’ve just opened up a waiting list and will liaise with everyone to get a suitable date in the diary.
